Hey everyone,
I'm Josie Knox and I'm currently in my second year at Ulster University studying Business Studies. As part of one of my modules this year I have had to create this blog and will be analysing how it performs, therefore I appreciate anyone reading or interacting with Lazy Bakes & Easy Cakes!
I have always enjoyed baking whether it was when I was a child making a mess in the kitchen with my Granny or now when I bake tasty treats for friends and family to enjoy. I will be both explaining how I've baked some cakes and bakes on this blog, as well as reviewing some ordered in baked treats on some postal order bakes which have become very popular since the pandemic.
